Welcome to Roamatherapy. These terms apply to purchases through our online store and your use of our website.

This store is operated by ATIS RITUALS PTY LTD trading as Roamatherapy, ABN:59693352395, based in Perth, Western Australia.

Our products

We aim to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colours may appear differently across screens, and handmade products may have small variations in appearance.

These variations do not limit your rights if a product is faulty, unsafe or does not match its description.

Please read product descriptions and candle-care instructions before purchasing and using our products.

Prices and payment

All prices are displayed in Australian dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes and delivery charges will be shown before you complete checkout.

Payment must be completed using an available checkout method before your order is dispatched.

Prices and offers may change for future purchases. Changes will not retrospectively alter an accepted order.

Orders

Please check your order, contact details and delivery address before completing checkout.

If we cannot fulfil your order because an item is unavailable, a payment cannot be verified or another issue arises, we will contact you. If we cancel an order, we will refund any amount paid for the cancelled items and associated delivery charges where applicable.

If we discover a pricing or description error affecting your order, we will explain the issue and offer you the choice of proceeding on corrected terms or cancelling for a refund.

Order changes and cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We will try to help, but changes may not be possible once packing or dispatch has begun.

This does not restrict cancellation or refund rights available under Australian Consumer Law.

Shipping and delivery

Please refer to our Shipping & Delivery page for delivery locations, charges and estimated timeframes.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly stated. If your order is delayed, lost or damaged in transit, please contact us so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution.

Please provide an accurate delivery address and tell us promptly if you notice an error.

Returns and refunds

Our Returns & Refunds policy explains how to request help with damaged, faulty or incorrect items and sets out our change-of-mind policy.

Nothing in that policy or these terms excludes or limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded.

If a product has a major failure, you may choose a refund or replacement. For other failures, you are entitled to an appropriate remedy under Australian Consumer Law. You may also be entitled to compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

Safe use

Follow the safety label supplied with your product and our Candle Care guidance. Never leave a burning candle unattended, and do not use a candle with damaged glass.

Our care instructions do not exclude responsibility for product defects or restrict your consumer rights.

Website use and content

You must not use our website for unlawful activity, attempt unauthorised access or interfere with its operation.

Our branding, original stories, photographs and website content belong to Roamatherapy or their respective owners. You may browse and share links for personal use. Reproduction or commercial use requires permission unless otherwise permitted by law.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information collected through our store.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Updated terms apply to future orders; the version in effect when you placed your order continues to apply to that purchase.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia and applicable Australian law. This does not limit any mandatory consumer protections or rights to bring a claim in another jurisdiction where the law permits.
